We, Hiraoka Sangyo Co., Ltd is delighted to announce that our newest factory was launched in March 2022 in Chonburi, Thailand.
This factory, called "Factory 3" of E&H Precision (Thailand) Co., Ltd. which is the 4th location in Thailand covers about 3,500 square meters of building area, located in right in front of our Thai Headquarters, currently accommodate 24 CNC lathe machines from Murata Machinery, Ltd. & Tsugami Corporation with Centerless grinding machines and Ultrasonic Washing machines.
This factory is specialized to machine the high-precision lathe parts, by installing Air Conditioners to manage tight dimensional tolerances and having Ultrasonic washing devices to satisfy the cleanliness requirements.
Today in this factory, the lathe turned parts for Automotive Transmissions & Injectors for Japanese & U.S. markets are being manufactured.
We plan to triple our production capacity in this factory, to meet the world-wide clients’ expectation.
We, E&H Precision group has its branches in Japan, Thailand, India and Mexico with nearly 1,000 CNC Automatic lathe turning machines to produce over million products daily to secure the stable delivery to various industries.
