The metal lathe parts such as Pistons, Valves or Nozzles where those products have stop boring hole, if the specified angle of stop boring hole is not matched with the tip angle of the ready-made drill, then need custom-made drill or additional drilling processes that increase production costs.
To avoid cost increase, it is good that specifying arbitrary angle, that enable us to use ready-made drill by pilot hole without additional drilling process.
