Carbon Steel S10C in JIS, AISI 1010 or C10 in ISO has difficulty in breaking up cutting chips during machining process, and it worsens machinability by tangled cutting chips to the products or producing scratches on product surfaces which increases operation downtime and quality loss.

Changing to steel type to free-cutting steels such as SUM22/23 in JIS, AISI 1213 or 9SMn28 to eliminate those worsening factors to improve machinability to reduce production costs.

We, E&H Precision has various types and sizes of free-cutting steel in stock to provide you with competitive machining products in Thailand & India.
